5. PAYMENTS, TAXES, AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Pricing: All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

 

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information.

 

Subscriptions: If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your user dashboard.

 

Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes based on your jurisdiction.

 

6. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

14-Day Guarantee: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for digital reports and one-time services. If you are unsatisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not been fully utilized.

 

Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact hello@webintel.app with your order details. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

 

No Exceptions: After the 14-day period, all sales are final and non-refundable.

 

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, software, logos (including the W-Cube design), and materials on the Platform are the intellectual property of Uladzislau Luchkouski or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Services for personal or internal business use.

 

8. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

 

Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

 

Attempt to hack, decompile, or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure.

 

Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without our express permission.

 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebIntel and Uladzislau Luchkouski shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
