Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. GENERAL REFUND TERMS
At WebIntel, operated by Uladzislau Luchkouski, we want you to be satisfied with our AI-driven tools and reports. Because we provide digital services, we have established the following refund rules to ensure fairness for both the user and the provider.
2. 14-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all digital reports and one-time service purchases. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the insights provided or if the tool did not perform as described, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
3. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the original transaction.
- The digital service must not have been "fully consumed" (e.g., if you purchased a one-time AI analysis and have already used the system to generate and download multiple reports, a refund may be denied).
- There must be a clear technical reason or dissatisfaction with the product's core functionality.
4. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS
If you are subscribed to a recurring plan (e.g., for SaaS tools):
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
- Access: Upon cancellation, your access to the premium features will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
- Renewal: To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
5. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 14-day guarantee period has expired.
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service (e.g., abuse of the API or platform).
- Changes in your personal or business situation that are unrelated to the performance of our software.
6. REFUND PROCESS
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to hello@webintel.app.
- Include your order number and the email address associated with the purchase.
- Briefly describe the reason for your request.
- Our support team will review your request within 3–5 business days. Once approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method (Stripe).
7. DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
We encourage you to contact us directly at hello@webintel.app to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback through your bank. We are committed to finding a fair solution for every customer.
